I have known Binati Sheth for almost three years now. When we met, Binati was adamant about how she is a non fiction ghostwriter and editor. I had of course told her that I have written a fair few many books. (I was slaving away as a copywriter back then – but that’s the story for another day.) Fast forward to the end of 2021, when I realized my first book was going to complete 10 years! That’s a decade of a story being kept alive through its readers. I wanted to re-release the book. But I was also sure I didn’t want to work with just any editor.
 
So, I approached Binati. She took on the project happily, but with the footnote that this is her first time dabbling in fiction writing. I was sure, however, thanks to many many hours of conversation with her, that she was the right choice for me.
 
I have worked with editors before, and when I say when you find the right fit for you – you will know – please believe me. With Binati, it never felt that I was losing my author voice. It never felt like the story had been completely re-written again. Besides, that’s not the editor’s job in the first place. Editors are supposed to enhance the story. And that’s exactly what Binati did. 
 
She found the plot holes, fixed the flow, and all the while (and this is the most important bit) listened to what I wanted to convey. Let me ramble till I found the right words and the end product is now available everywhere, both online and offline!
